Haute Aviation has joined our Partner Program to make flight recording easier and more efficient for their pilots.

Operating under Swiss and Austrian AOCs, Haute Aviation provides private aircraft charter and brokerage, as well as aircraft management, sales and acquisition services.

Through our partnership, capzlog.aero is connected directly to Haute Aviation’s Leon instance. Flight records are transferred automatically into each pilot’s personal digital pilot logbook, ensuring consistent and reliable flight records while reducing administrative work.

One of the most requested features from our community is now live: you can now sign your PDF logbook exports directly in capzlog.aero. You only need to sign once, and your signature will automatically be added to every page.

For security reasons, signatures are not stored permanently. Each new export has to be signed again manually.

This feature is particularly useful whenever you need a signed copy of your logbook as a backup, proof of experience, or additional document security.

Together with the recently introduced Cover Page, this marks another significant improvement to our export options, made possible directly through your feedback.

Your logbook tells the story of your flying career, and you can now present it at a glance.

With the new Career Experience dashboard and Cover Page, pilots can turn their logbook data into a professional overview of their experience. Key information is neatly brought together on a single page and ready to be downloaded through PDF.

Choose what matters most to your career, from IFR and night flying to FSTD, jet or turboprop experience, and highlight the type ratings you want to showcase. You can even filter your experience by aircraft type, with the cover page automatically recalculating the relevant totals.

Whether you are applying for an airline position, pursuing a business aviation role or simply need to demonstrate specific type experience, your flying background is ready when you need it.

You can now choose which airport code system you want to see throughout the platform: ICAO, IATA, or FAA.

Simply go to Preferences > Settings > Display and select your preferred format. Your choice is applied consistently across flight overviews, flight details, maps, and data exports.

Whether you operate internationally, fly frequently in the US, or simply have a preferred way of working, capzlog.aero can now adapt to your workflow.
